Instructions:
- Key ENTER: Turn on and off engine
- Key U: AWD on and off
- Key L: steering modes
- Space: Handbrak
- NUM 1, 2 and 3: Blinkers
- NUM 7 and 8: double tires
- Page up and page down: ES limiter
